Christmas Morning

What did I have for breakfast this early Christmas morn? Well, my mother left early because she’ll be helping my sister-in-law prepare food for well, today, since it’s Christmas you know. I’ll be following mom there in awhile actually; I just don’t really want to wake up so early in the morning. With my mother out of the house, I just had a glass of Milo (The Olympic Energy Drink), and some left-over Pringles from last night's DVD-athon.

I’m actually bummed because I have work today. Yeah, it kinda sucks. No, I ain’t bummed because I won’t be able to celebrate Christmas with all the gift-giving ceremony, listening to oh-so-cheerful carols and spreading the love thing going around (barf!). I mean, I have never really celebrated Christmas these past years. I know, I’m a bit Grinch-y. I can’t help it. Every Christmas season I always feel nostalgic, and irritated of something, I don’t even know of what or why. It gets worse when the New Year comes, so I am sort of expecting more melancholic and aggravated feelings to come.

Anyway, what annoys me about not being able to skip work today is that I feel like I am being robbed of a whole day to sleep and just be lazy around. I know, wrong mindset to be in.

And Merry Christmas to all!!! (or whatever..)

Alikabok

Lumilipad-lipad, paikot-ikot, at walang inaalala.

Party

I've been busy (obviously).

I participated in our Christmas Party presentation, and well, it was exhausting.

The party itself... well, it was nice.

I'll post something 'bout it later.

Again

I can’t believe I‘m doing this again.

It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog entry and I must admit, I am feeling quite rusty at this.

So why took a long break from blogging if I like it in the first place?

I’d give a really generic answer for this one: I couldn’t find the time to write then, to maintain a weblog. Besides, I could feel my creative juices being dried up then, and a long break is necessary to replenish the well.

I hope I get to keep this one running this time. Wish me luck.
